Hey there !

I'm Choi, designer and store owner, I run my small dependant design business from my home studio here in Ireland.

Textiles have always been my passion. My focus and specialisation is in fashion and home textiles.

As a graduate of design college where I studied embroidered textile design,

I have always loved working with the tactile nature of textiles, From the texture to the feeling of handling thread and fabric to create something unique. Over the years, as a personal hobby, I am self-taught in pattern drafting and garment construction sewing my own garments.

To create my textile designs, I use traditional painting techniques in digital media. I love the versatility of digital painting, which means that more textural effects can be achieved by comparison to vector graphics.
Inspiration for my designs come from a broad range of references. I love vivid colours in nature; animals, flowers and plants, historial art, mark making, geometric and abstract art.
